SourceQuiz is designed around study material you choose to import. This policy describes the product as planned for its initial release.

Data stored on your devices

Imported text, extracted text, quiz questions, answers, review history, and settings are stored locally on your Apple devices. When Pro sync is enabled, the app uses your private iCloud database so your data can move between your devices.

On-device processing

OCR and quiz generation are intended to use Apple frameworks on compatible devices. SourceQuiz does not operate a proprietary learner-content database and does not send study material to a SourceQuiz server for generation.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple. SourceQuiz receives entitlement information needed to unlock features and does not receive your payment card details.

Diagnostics

App Store Connect analytics and Apple crash diagnostics may be available according to your device and account settings. SourceQuiz does not use advertising identifiers or sell personal information.

Deletion

You can delete imported sources and saved quizzes inside the app. You can delete local app data by deleting the app and manage iCloud data through Apple’s iCloud storage controls.
